The Love Theory is a project that focuses on bringing positivity and mindfulness to youth through programming around arts, meditation and wellness. Our programming includes art installations/activations and in person meditation and wellness workshops to support youth development.

NYC Love Theory Day 2025
In honor of Valentine's Day and in the spirit of spreading love, Love Theory made its way back to New York to host some amazing workshops rooted in spreading love and positivity in the Bronx Community. The youth and adult participation throughout the weekend created a welcoming and nourishing environment that encouraged all of us to embrace new ways to show each other, our communities, and ourselves the love we all deserve.
Eastern Market After Dark
Detroit, 2024
Our Love Wall made its way to Detroit's Eastern Market After Dark. Love Theory set the canvas for people to create a vibrant installation where people shared messages of love, positivity, and community. Throughout the night, people added personal affirmations and uplifting notes, creating a powerful display of connection and kindness.

In February 2024, Love Theory introduced itself to more students and young adults to create pathways and environments centered around love and mindfulness for one another.

In 2023, Love Theory hosted its second event at the Miami Art Basel. This year we hosted over 100 students from a local high school in Miami. We performed multiple meditation and affirmation exercises to support these young students and promote better mental and emotional health.

In Spring of 2023, Love Theory partnered with Miss O Cool Girls to promote young women in Web3 and support young female artists who were seeking to make an impact with their art. Love Theory continues to support underrepresented groups and ensure that all people have access to opportunities in art and technology.

In 2022, Love Theory had its first ever event at Miami Art Week. During Miami Art Week, Love Theory created the "Love Wall." The Love Wall allowed over 100 students to participate in meditations and yoga, prior to drawing and painting on the Love Wall. The goal of the Love Wall was to create a space where all people could contribute through their art and self-love.
